How Without Walls Fortifies Business

The Without Walls model adds a service line that reaches cash flow positive within 12 months while requiring only three dedicated employees.

The key to helping older adults age safely at home is to help them prepare while they’re still independent. Improving diet, fitness, and one’s home surroundings are all less expensive tasks than treating aging-related accidents — especially when these services are delivered by a small team.

The Jordan River Without Walls program is profitable at 25 members and sustainable (i.e. the program can support a membership of varying care needs in perpetuity) at 100 members. By enrolling younger members (adults at least 65 years old) and focusing on wellness, Without Walls reduces skilled nursing admissions by up to 50%, further lowering the cost of care for members.

Before Without Walls, senior care providers were limited to fee-for-service business models. Without Walls is a scalable recurring revenue business model that provides consistent cash flow for providers.
