Increasing the Addressable Market for Care Providers

The Without Walls model helps senior care providers offer value to nearly all older adults.

After age 65, almost 30% of adults will require paid home care and, at least, 90 days of nursing home care. Yet, only one-third of senior care providers offer home care services. We expect this percentage to decrease as the U.S. population continues to age and the amount of home care workers continues to decrease.

Since 2013, there are 12% fewer home care workers and 3% more adults ages 65 years old and older in the U.S. (17% of the total population). We’re addressing this mismatch — more older adults and fewer home care workers — by launching a version of Without Walls that only requires three employees to operate.

For senior care providers who currently offer home care:

We’ll package your current offerings in a membership bundle that seamlessly transitions clients between care stages as they age. We’ll also guide you on how to offer non-healthcare services, such as wellness plans and grocery delivery, to increase your addressable market.

For senior care providers who don’t offer home care:

We’ll help you plan, hire, and implement a comprehensive home care strategy, and build a Without Walls program around it. Upon launch, you’ll increase your addressable market of adults ages 65 years old and older from 30% to 90%+.
