Members pay a one-time entrance fee and monthly dues. The exact investment depends on age, plan design, and long-term goals.

You make one call to your navigator and they’ll take it from there. The details (your plan, providers, and payment) have already been determined. All you need to do is focus on yourself and we’ll be with you for as long as you need.

You’re eligible if you’re living independently and planning ahead. The right time to join is when you still can choose. The biggest regret we see is waiting until the decision is no longer yours to make.

Jordan River Living fills the gap between insurance and senior living. Insurance gives you money later (if you qualify, navigate claims, etc) while you figure out your care today. Senior living often requires you to leave your home after an incident. Jordan River Living combines health, home, and cost into one system of proactive and continuous support.
